Hi all I am a newbie and hopefully looking to get an answer to my problem. I have a 07 plate kia ceed crdi. Recently the engine management light has been coming on and losing power in each gear at approx 2500 revs. More recently the car has still been losing power and cutting out whilst driving Problem: The turbo on the Ceed is known for failing. I've noticed that the engine makes a ticking noise, noticeable inside the cabin. I have changed oils to 10W-30, however not oil filter. Furthermore, I have changed also the precat.
